Coming from Newfoundland, and living in the GTA for over twenty years, my husband and I needed a breath of fresh air. When we decided to go north and look for our "perfect" new home, we had no idea where the location would be. That posed a problem. Where would we begin ? What town would suit our needs? How would we know which particular area was right for us?

When we headed north one sunny June morning, little did we know, there was an angel waiting for us at Remax in Penetanguishine to guide us on our journey! One phone call answered all of our questions........From the moment we called the Remax office, and Michelle picked up the phone, we knew that we had found the right realtor. She not only showed us homes that we might like, she had such wonderful knowledge of the surrounding area, we trusted that she would find us just the right spot! It didn't take long before she did just that!

We absolutely love everything about our new home........The peace and tranquility of our front porch, the beautiful view of the trees in our backyard, my husband having a double garage to store all of his "toys".....The list goes on!

It was a pleasure to have Michelle working for us on this "project", as we often call it. She was always very honest in every aspect. If something was amiss, she informed us. If anything needed doing, she was on it immediately. We always knew that she was just a phone call away. Every call (and there were many!) was returned promptly, and if Michelle had to be out on business, Delva was quick to lend a hand.

I would highly reccommend the service of those two wonderful ladies. Not only are they top-notch professionals, they also come with a warm, personal touch!
