I presently work with my mother and partner, Delva LaCroix, and form half of the sales team. Together we are able to fully service our clients needs and pay extra attention to all details.

With the exception of five years, I have resided in the area all of my life and consider this to be an asset.

I obtained my license to practice real estate in 1991 and during that time obtained the Market Value Appraiser designation.

I am a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association, a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, former Chairman of the Continuing Education Committee, and a past Director on the Southern Georgian Bay Real Estate Association.

My specializations include residential, recreational, waterfront and acreage type properties.

I am honest, hard working, dedicated and provide professional service and I enjoy working with customers and clients to achieve results.
